Privacy policy

Short, because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your email and postcode, if you join the waitlist.
• Your name, email and move details, if you ask for removalist quotes.
• Anonymous usage analytics, so we can see which pages help and which do not.

The box calculator runs entirely in your browser. Using it sends us nothing unless you choose to submit a form afterwards.

Who we share it with

Removalist enquiries are passed to a removalist partner, and only ever with your explicit consent, which is an unticked box you have to tick. Nothing else is shared or sold. We use Notion to store enquiries and PostHog for analytics.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@moving-boxes.co.nz and we will action it.
