Delivery, priced before you pay
The single thing we are building this shop around: you put in your postcode, you see the delivery price, and then you decide. No “delivery calculated later”, and no metro-only rate that quietly excludes half the country.

Which delivery zone is my address in?
Zone A is Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington and Christchurch metro. Zone B is the rest of the North Island and zone C the rest of the South Island. Any RD address adds a rural charge on top of its zone rate. No rate is set yet, so no zone has a price against it.

Why the rates are blank. We have not opened a courier account or weighed a packed kit yet. Until we have done both, any number here would be a guess, and a delivery quote you cannot rely on is worse than no quote at all. For comparison while you wait: National Storage publishes a $19.95 minimum, Kennards a $35 metro pack rate, and Conroy Removals a flat $75.
How will a moving kit be delivered?
By courier, in several parcels rather than one: a flat-packed kit for a three or four bedroom house is too much for a single ticket, and NZ Post’s standard courier tickets top out at 25kg each. Parcels in the same order do not always arrive on the same day.

Questions
Do you deliver to rural addresses?
Yes. Rural delivery costs more than an urban address and takes longer, so it is priced separately and shown to you before you pay rather than added afterwards.
How long will delivery take?
We are not publishing transit times until we have a courier account and have measured them. Any number we gave you now would be a guess.
Will it come in one parcel?
