Who we are

Moving Boxes NZ, at https://moving-boxes.co.nz. Contact hello@moving-boxes.co.nz. A registered legal entity is being set up; its details will appear here once it exists.

Prices

All prices, when published, will be in New Zealand dollars and will state whether GST is included. No prices are published at present. Delivery is priced separately and shown to you before payment.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund it rather than substitute something else without asking.

Delivery

We deliver in New Zealand only. Kits usually travel as several parcels, which may not all arrive on the same day. We do not promise a delivery date until we have measured real transit times.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Our returns policy sits alongside those rights, not instead of them.

Payment

Payments will be processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Checkout is not live yet.
