Returns and refunds

Ordering boxes means guessing, so the policy has to allow for guessing wrong.

If something is damaged or missing

We replace it or refund it, at our cost, including freight. You do not have to send anything back for us to do that. This is what the Consumer Guarantees Act requires and we are not going to make you argue for it.

If you ordered too many

Unused, unassembled boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return freight and we refund the items once they arrive back with us. Boxes that have been taped up and packed cannot be resold, so they cannot be returned.

If you cancel before it ships

Full refund, no questions.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and what you want to send back, and we will reply with return instructions. Once there is an order system there will be a form here instead.
